May 17, 2013 / 0 notesi hate it when people say ‘it could be worse’ or ‘but people have it worse then you’ yes that may be true but it doesn’t take away from the fact that they’re hurting. that they still need help. it doesn’t make their problems any less important or significant. why should other peoples problems matter? why should they effect their problems or what they are going through? they don’t.

Im so sorry to hear that anon no one should go through someone which hurts and destroys someone so much by there-self. Has your sister recovered? I know how hard it is to love yourself when you look in the mirror and all you see is things you hate. But it can change and you dont have to do through things by yourself! I would start by telling someone as talking about it really helps. Please come off anon as i can relate a lot and i think it can help talking to people who understands!

i just saw a post about the violence against women or something and 22 people voted against it. i don’t really pay any attention to the news; i don’t go out of my way to watch it but this really frustrated me when i saw this. why would anyone vote against something which is protecting someone ANYONE against violence. anything which protects a person: male, female, gay, straight, whatever their ethnic backgrounds, should get 100% votes. who are we as people to say one person has more rights then someone else?! we don’t know everyone. we don’t know what everyone has been through so why are we saying some people are better and are worth helping then others? we can’t assume everyone from a certain ethnic background is a bad person. we have no way of knowing every person and if they are a bad person or not. so surly we should treat everyone equal before we get to know them. i know treating everyone equal is impossible but why should it be? why has our society made it impossible? its sad to think that we will always have people who will judge people as its impossible to not have them as we are all entitled to our own thoughts but every person should matter and have rights. who are you to say im not as important then you? im not worth helping? errrrrrr so frustrating.
